People in Hangzhou will be the first to enjoy 4G network coverage by the end of this year. West Lake, Wulin Gate, Binjiang Area and Xiasha Area will all be covered by the wireless service. According to the Hangzhou Branch of China Mobile, Hangzhou is the first city in China to be covered by the 4G network.
