The Hangzhou taxi fare is 10 RMB for the first 3 km. 2 RMB is charged for each kilometer after 3 km. An additional fare of 50% is charged after 10 km, which makes it 3 RMB for each kilometer after 10 km. Luxury taxis such as Benz charge 10 RMB for the first 2.5 km. 3 RMB is charged for each kilometer after 2.5 km and 5 RMB after 8 km. There is no additional fare at evening peak hours and at night.
