Hangzhou Temperatures Reach 39.5℃

On August 13th, a musical fountain located on Hubin Rd in Hangzhou sprayed a mist into the air. The moisture was caught by the strong sun rays, creating rainbows. That day, Hangzhou temperatures reached a high of 39.5℃, making the 13th one of the hottest days in the city this summer.
