Hangzhou Taxi Drivers Go on Strike

On the morning of August 1st, more than 1,000 taxi drivers in Hangzhou parked their cabs in prominent locations around the city center, including Hangzhou North Bus Station, Dengyuan Road and Huzhou Road. They called their strike for three reasons: low wages, rising costs and worsening traffic jams.
