You're almost guaranteed to find a bar that fits your mood on this fun pub strip. Shuguang Road, located to the east of Zhejiang University, has a smattering of expatriate bars. Take a walk around the Huanglong Soccer Stadium and check out the numerous venues located around its circumference.
If you're looking for a cheap draught, the "Cool Bar" on West Lake Ave by Wushan Square has Budweiser for around RMB5/bottle. While you're there, peruse the Wushan Square area for other nightlife hotspots.
