The third Hangzhou Chaoshan Plum Festival is set to make its grand opening in the North Park of Chaoshan Scenic Area in Yuhang District on February 18th. The festival is considered one of the grandest tourism events in all of Hangzhou – it’ll run until mid to late March this year.
