Lanzhou’s Kui Livehouse is throwing a Halloween party on the night of October 31. For your enjoyment, Lady Gaga, Jack Sparrow and Marilyn Monroe are scheduled to appear (well, staff members dressed as them, anyway). No tickets necessary; guests with costumes receive a free cocktail and gift.
