The 2012 Hainan International Regatta "Aloha Cup" will be held in Sanya from March 9-19th. The regatta route takes it around Hainan Island, starting at Sanya Luhuitou’s Peninsula Sailing Port, wrapping around the island to the east coast of Haikou and returning back to Sanya. The total distance of the 12-day regatta is 500 nautical miles.
