Building on the successful yearly HR Conferences since 2005, the European Chamber, is delighted to announce that the 5th European Chamber Shanghai HR Conference will be held on Wednesday 25th November 2009, at the Longemont Hotel, Shanghai. The Conference will provide an excellent opportunity to obtain invaluable insights on the main HR challenges and opportunities for companies doing business in China as the market continues to develop.

This full-day event has a reputation for bringing in high-ranking and influential speakers from a wealth of major companies operating in China. Speeches and panel discussions featuring key CEOs and HR Directors will go alongside a selection of breakout sessions covering the most pressing and informative HR-related issues.

Throughout the conference, sponsors will have the opportunity to interact with a range of HR directors, HR managers and industry professionals at this full day event. Aside from exposure throughout the event and in European Chamber publications, sponsors will also be afforded prime-position booths where they can gain further attention from attendees.

Previous incarnations of this event have attracted around 200 attendees from a range of top international companies and this year’s conference is certain to be another must-attend addition to the Shanghai business calendar.

Members Price: 800 RMB
Non-Members: 1200 RMB

Payment/Fapiaos

Payment should be made by direct bank transfer or in cash directly at the European Chamber office in Shanghai before 21st November 2009. EUCCC Bank details will be given to you after registration. Fapiaos will be provided by the European Chamber of Commerce and sent to you directly after payment.


Cancellation/No-Shows

Cancellations received after 21st November 2009 will result in the full conference fee being charged. Cancellations received prior to this date will be reimbursed in full. All cancellations must be received in writing.

No-shows who fail to cancel before 21st November 2009 will also result in the full conference fee being charged.
