The reporter learned from relative departments in Gongshu District that Gushui Street on Shengli River will open on National Day(October 1st) and a number of Hangzhou-renowned chain restaurants and leisure enterprises will open their branches on the street. As a result, the upper reaches of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal will be great fun in the future.  

 

Gushui Street and Shengli River Tower Ring are 9-shaped and antique. They are consisted of 10 2-storey separate buildings. The Tower Ring is formed with three buildings connected with corridors and its usable area totals more than 1800 square meters. Gushui Street is located on the east side of the Tower Ring and it stretches to Shangtang Road. It has 7 separate bodies and covers a usable area of over 7000 square meters. At present the Tower Ring and Gushui Street have entered the phase of inviting investment with a focus on leisure and catering industries.
