Ferries & Boats

There are a number of ferry services from Guangzhou to Hong Kong that run from different docks along the Pearl River. The most regular service departs 6 times daily from New Nansha Dock. In addition, there is a ferry service from Guangzhou to Haikou every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are also ferries that run between the different docks on the Pearl River. 

New Nansha Dock

New Nansha Port is 48 nautical miles from Hong Kong and 41 nautical miles from Macau. Six ferries (28 during holidays) make the 75-minute trip between Guangzhou and Hong Kong daily. There is a bus that runs three times a day from the White Swan Hotel (1 Shamian Nanjie, Liwan District, Guangzhou 广州市荔湾区沙面南街1号) to the Dock.
