Hall 5 of China Plaza Theater has been upgraded to a 4D digital theatre after one month’s reconstruction, becoming the first dynamic 4D cinema in Guangzhou, and is set to open on June 1. Audiences of 4D films will be able to experiences over 20 special effects, including storm, thunder, rain, smoke, fog, snow, bubbles, the sensation of falling and crashing, as well as various smells.
Getting there: Take subway line 1 to Martyr Memorial Park or take bus 40, 76, 102, 107, 108, 211, 222, 243, 517, 864, Night 4, and Night 9to Dadongmen (Zhongshan San Lu) Station
