The Guangzhou English Channel is going to change its name to Guangzhou Life Channel – broadening its focus, providing information on food, travel, culture, fashion and entertainment in English.
The new channel is based around the slogan; “enjoy the new life and discover the world”, whatever that might actually mean. In total there will be eight circles; the food circle, the travel circle, the culture circle, the fashion circle, the health circle, the movie and television circle, and the entertainment circle. The hope is that people will be able to live fulfilled lives with the information provided on the Guangzhou Life Channel.
The channel will also be available on Weibo, WeChat, and an exclusive mobile app.
