World Brand Discount City, a project of the HOPSCA, will settle in Nantong Town, Fuzhou. The first phase is expected to open in May 2011. Residents will be able to buy some of the world’s top brands including LV, GUCCI, ARMANI and CHANEL at 70% to 90% discounts.
