As part of a partnership between Beijing and Tianjin, people traveling from the capital to Tianjin airport can now do so for free. The trip includes a free ride on the Tianjin inter-city train from Beijing South Railway Station to Tianjin Railway Station. Thereafter you can take a free bus from there to Tianjin Airport. The trip will take a total of between an hour and an hour and a half.
Beijing South Railway Station will also provide other airport services for Tianjin airport, specifically ticket booking services, such as purchasing and printing of boarding passes to save time.
