Free Bicycle Leasing, Tighter Restrictions Roll into Wuhan
Jan 28, 2010 By eChinacities.com

A free bicycle leasing program promoted by Wuhan’s municipal government is seeking to cover major spots in the central area by adding 30,000 bicycles to their fleet, growing the total force to 50,000. Stricter regulations will also follow, however, specifying the lease period to be a maximum of two hours rather than four. The new rules went into effect Jan. 20th.
