Starting from August 10th, apart from major events, the Olympic Sailing Centre will no longer be charging its previous 10 yuan entrance fee. The International Sea Festival will open on August 10th. The sailing centre will also be used during Qingdao’s International Beer Festival. Thereupon, the city of Qingdao has decided to open its venue to the public free of charge.
