On July 31 at 01:00,15 luxury buses were parked on the roadside next to the Xining West Railway Station. These buses were waiting to pick up 506 tourists, who had just traveled from Beijing, Shandong and Shanxi on the maiden voyage of a specially designated tourism train route bound for Xining.
