The Jinan municipal government has installed a tour map for the blind at Quancheng Plaza. The map is constructed to help the blind find different destinations by feeling the raised contours, and reading the Braille explanations on the side. The tour map mainly introduces attractions and facilities in and around Quancheng Plaza.
