The first Jiaohe Winter Fishing Tourism Festival opened in Su'erha Lake Bay of Jiaohe River. It is one of the theme events of the 14th Jilin International Rime Ice and Snow Festival, from Jan. 6th to Feb. 28th 2009. The ice and snow carnival of Su’erhahu Bay will be held during the festival including Su’erha Winter fishing tour, photography event as well as entertainment activities on ice such as ice top and sleds.
