Xiamen's Chinese European Art Center will hold a film festival from January 17-24. The event will screen the Icelandic documentary "Screaming Masterpiece" and the Dutch film "Dutch Masters in the 21st Century" among others. Each movie is about 30 minutes long and has English subtitles.
