Yesterday at 17:08, a Weibo user posted a picture of a foreign woman walking down one of Kunming’s main streets, near Kunming Culture Alley, wearing nothing but a pair of sneakers. Netizens have had a field day posting their reactions and trying to figure out who the woman is, with some pointing to the possibility of her having done this before. One netizen claims she is an Italian exchange student at a medical university in Yunnan. Whatever was the mystery lady thinking?!
