After the National Holidays, Chinese airlines companies always experience a lull in the number of passengers and as such Shanghai airlines are giving discounts on flights to Hong Kong and Europe.

yep haha, shanghai - london 1 way, total with tax (and 1 stop) = 6,511.06rmb.. so its the same price as going direct with china eastern, Virgin Atlantic and almost British airways. lol
