On December 25, the 6th Xinjiang Bohu County Ice and Snow Festival officially opened at Egret Island Desert Ski Resort. The ski resort, covering an area of about 20,000 ㎡ in the scenic tourist region of Egret Island and built entirely on sand, was just named “the largest desert ski resort in China”. The resort includes beginners, intermediate and bunny trails, and snowboards, snowmobiles, snow rings and other fun accessoires are available to rent.
