The British Chamber of Commerce in China and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China present:
Detecting and Preventing Corporate Fraud
Fraud and corruption are serious issues that no investors want to see impacting their business. However, it is a reality that fraud can hit any firm, especially when companies are operating in an environment with a low level of transparency and considerable cultural differences. Our distinguished guest speakers Mr. Peter Humphrey from the risk management firm ChinaWhys and Mr. Christoph Hezel from the law firm Taylor Wessing will share their experiences and offer some strategies and practical tips for avoiding and combating fraud.
