Known for its distinct aroma and taste, this tripe dish is flavored with sesame seed balm, mung bean starch and pine nuts.

Jiaozi (Chinese Dumplings) 饺子
Jiaozi typically consists of ground meat and/or vegetables in a small, thin dough wrapper, the edges of which are pressed tightly together (resembling ravioli). Jiaozi can be steamed, boiled or fried and is usually eaten with garlic, soy-vinegar dipping sauce and hot chili sauce.
