Dalian's International Airport, Zhoushuizi International Airport, is 10 kilometers northwest of the city center. The airport serves as an important hub for much of the Bohai area, and operates daily domestic and international flights.

Transportation to and from the Airport:

Taxi

With a fare of 25 RMB to the city center, taxis are convenient and reasonably priced. Taxis can be found outside the Airport’s Arrivals Hall.  Travelers need only 20 minutes or so to reach the city center by taxi.

Airport Shuttles

Regular and relatively inexpensive, shuttle buses are another good option for passengers travelling to and from the city center. Travelers should note that these buses leave only when full. The buses travel directly from the airport to Youhao Square and charge 10 RMB/person.

Public Buses
Budget travelers can take the public bus to the city center. The whole trip is about 40 minutes and costs 1 RMB/person. Travelers should note that buses do not run all day.
