The 2011 Zhongshan District Bar Culture Festival was officially opened on the evening of September 16th. During the festival, fans of alcohol can enjoy many performances including dancing and singing competitions and bar-themed carnival parade. Ninety percent of the bars participating in the festival are located in the Zhongshan District of Dalian, specifically around Democracy Plaza, Tiger Beach and Zhongshan Road. The festival will run until September 29th.
