Construction has begun on Smart Plaza, a luxury goods mall, and the first international-collaborated real estate development project in Ningbo. The project is located at the intersection of Qianhu Rd and Songjiang Rd in the heart of Yinzhou, near Wanda and Liansheng plazas. Once completed, the Smart Plaza will be a high-end shopping complex that will serve as a newest commercial landmark in Ningbo.
Smart Plaza is managed and developed by a Swiss company, Trans-Immo, which has invested in a local real-estate development company in Ningbo. The entire project is designed and supervised by top French architects Brigitte Metra and Pierre Lafon; France’s Evio will be responsible for marketing the venue to luxury goods retailers interested in opening stores in the new shopping complex.
