According to the Green Road Office of Chengdu Project Construction Committee, the construction of the 410 km Green road (成都绿道) was recently completed, reaching almost every tourist attraction in Chengdu; 65 km of the road is still under construction; another 420 km of the road will begin construction soon. An extensive Green Road network is expected to be formed within the year.
