From Typhoon No. 13’s "catfish" effect this year, a strong surge of cold air will enter Hubei Province, this weekend (24th to 25th ) causing more than about 10 ℃ of cooling. Aside from cooler temperatures rainfall is also expected, the meteorological department reminds everyone to prepare well in advance for the cold.
