China’s 10 Year Visa Agreement with Canada Begins Today
Mar 09, 2015 By eChinacities.com

A new agreement, which will see Chinese and Canadian citizens given the possibility of obtaining 10-year-long visas for each other’s countries, goes into effect today.

It follows a similar deal with the US in November, which saw business and tourist visa validities extended to up to 10 years and student visas extended to up to five years.

China has also made new visa agreements with various governments, meaning that citizens can travel to over 50 countries and territories without visas, or by getting a visa on arrival.
