China Xinjiang International Folk Dance Festival Announces a July Start

The 2nd China Xinjiang International Folk Dance Festival will kick off on July 20th in Urumqi. The pageant has attracted more than 2,000 dancers from home and abroad to display their finest performances and to share their joy with the Xinjiang people. The festival, co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, the State Information Office and the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, will last 17 days and will hold 80 marvellous performances given by 30 professional dance teams.
