The Chinese trials for the World Barista Championship (WBC) will be held in Taiyuan’s Tianmei New World Mall from February 1-2. Competitors will be tested on their coffee, espresso, cappuccino and “creative” coffee skills. WBC is an annual competition that sees participants from more than 50 countries. China typically has about 400 participants in the Chinese trials each year.
