Chengdu’s Happy Valley will kick off its annual carnival on July 2nd. The carnival aims to blend carnival experiences from around the world and will run through August 28th. In addition, Happy Valley’s Bashu Ice World and Caribbean Water Park will help visitors cool off from those sweltering Sichuan summer days.
