The 2011 Chengdu Grand Temple Fair (Damiaohui) will kick off on January 31 in Wuhou Temple. Over 300 splendid performances will be shown at the 20-day temple fair. In addition to Chinese traditional folk performance, exotic shows including Scottish bagpipe, African drum dances and Russian dances will also be staged.
