Changchun Ice and Snow Tourist Festival and Jinyuetan Vasaloppet Ski Festival are held from Dec. 1st to Feb. 28th, 2010, covering numerous important festivals such as Christmas, New Year, Spring Festival and Lantern Festival. The festivals consist of four major parts: ice and snow tourism, ice and snow sports, ice and snow culture and ice and snow economy and trade. Tourists can take part in activities such as “Christmas Carnival Night” and an ice and snow sports meeting. The Vasaloppet International Cross-country Ski Race will be held from Jan. 2nd to 4th and "Warriors" Disabled Cross Country Ski Race will also be held on Jan. 1st at Jinyuetan National Forest Park.
