On May 9th, exactly 187 days before the opening of the Asian Games in Guangzhou, in anticipation of the upcoming games, Chimelong Water Park held an event that called for the support of ten thousand bikini-clad ladies. In actuality, 1,940 bikini wearing women showed up for the event, neatly standing in a formation that read “Guangzhou” in Chinese characters and shouting cheers of, “Guangzhou, we support you”. The event may have broken the world record for the largest number of bikini gals standing in formation.
