According to a Voice of China report, McDonalds across the city have broken all ties with meat producer, Husi Food Ltd in light of a recent scandal over the sale of expired meat products. Consequently, most of McDonalds’ classic foods are out of stock as stores across the country operate on a reduced menu.

McDonalds is currently searching for a new supplier, and has reported that the full menu will be operation by early August.

Until then, 13 types of burger have been lifted from the menu leaving only drinks, hash browns, ice creams and pies.
