Beijing-based folk-rock band Buyi, will throw a 17th anniversary concert at Lanzhou's Kui Live House on August 7. Throughout their long-spanning career, Buyi–whose members hail from Ningxia Province–have established themselves as one of the most popular folk rock bands in China. Based in Beijing, Buyi blends western rock with Chinese zither (guzheng). "Roman Table (罗马表)," "Autumn (秋天)," and "I Love You, Darling Girl (我爱你亲爱的姑娘)," are a few of their well-known hits.
