Barbecue re-opens in the botanical garden
Mar 02, 2009 By eChinacities.com

Reporters learned from the office director of Hangzhou Botanical Garden that the barbecue has now reopened to tourists after quite a few months of stoppage of business, through the transforming and upgrading of the barbecue area by the garden administration. The site for the barbecue remains unchanged, as it still located in the peach garden. However, the barbecue locality has moved a bit inside and it will no longer be close to Lingfeng’s main path so that there will be less environmental pollution.

Lately, weather permitting on weekends, many people enjoy going to the botanical garden for their barbecue. If you would like to barbecue there, it’s advisable to make a reservation in advance by calling at 0571-87983121. What's more, before entering the garden, visitors need to buy a ticket, which costs RMB 10.
