Australian Band “Elliot the Bull” to Perform in Nanjing August 15

Australian rock/folk/punk band Elliot the Bull will be performing at Nanjing’s 61 House on August 15. Founded in 2009, the group from New South Wales is known for its unique blend of folk, rockabilly, punk/hardcore and indie pop. The group is comprised of six members, including brothers Jake and Simon Dobson (guitar and guitar/vocals), Mathew and Justin Hyland (mandolin and vocals), Jared Drennan (bass) and Milan Savic (drums).  In April of 2011, they went on a national tour across Australia and got to perform with New York indie rock band, As Tall As Lions. In June of this year, the group released their newest album with some of their most creative hits to date. Check out their unique and innovative sound on their website and on August 15 at 61 House.
