The exhibition hall, which is located at No. 528, Hubin Zhong Road, is expected to be opened to visitors in late April. It is the first real estate exhibition hall of its kind in Fujian Province, and will be open all year round, according to the Xiamen Municipal Resources & Housing Administrative Bureau.

The exhibition hall has 79 booths which are divided into three categories: 14 booths for large properties, 15 booths for medium-size properties and the other 50 booths are international standard booths. Exhibition booths are set up in different specifications. In principle, it provides a free exhibition booth to each real estate development company. 

The Xiamen real estate market exhibition hall is an authoritative and reliable information platform. It will contain panoramic maps of Xiamen real estate, government circulars, the index system, published market trends, and much more, according to the bureau.
