Welcome in the new year Emo-style with Beijing rock band Tookoo. TOOKOO is a band that traces its roots back to the Chinese avant garde contemporary music revolution of 1999. For the last decade, TOOKOO has been giving young rap fans in China a dose of what they crave for, that is to say, fresh and original rap pieces. Their repertoire also includes Hip-hop and Emo and they’ve been regular performers at the Midi Music Festival in Beijing since the last few years running.
