The three month long 5th Xinjiang Ice and Snow Festival will begin November 26th. Festival activities include the Winter Tourism Fair, Urumqi Silk Road Ice and Snow Festival, Altay International Skiing Festival, Tianshan Heavenly Lake Ice Festival, and the Xinjiang Travel Photography Exhibition.
