24 Year Old Perenna Kei Becomes Youngest Billionaire on Planet

Perenna Kei, a 24 year old Hong Kong native has been labeled the youngest billionaire on the planet by Forbes’ World’s Billionaire List. Not much is known about Kai, but she is an 85% shareholder and non-executive director of Logan Properties, a giant real estate agent headquartered in Shenzhen, and is worth about $1.3 billion. Her father, Ji Haipeng, is chairman and chief executive of the company.

225 Chinese nationals made it onto the list, with 152 of them from the mainland. Hong Kong’s Li Ka-Shing ranks number 20 on the list, and is still the richest man in Asia, worth about $31 billion. Wanda Group chairman, Wang Jianlin, once again ranks as the richest man in China with $15.1 billion, and takes 64th place amongst the world’s billionaires.
