In what appears to have been a major crackdown on drugs, prostitution and crime, a total of 237 foreigners were investigated by Beijing authorities since May.
Among those investigated, seven were placed in criminal detention, three were held in custody, a further 15 were detained for questioning and 212 were given warnings and fines.
During the crackdown, authorities raided a hotel near Sanlitun and arrested seven foreigners: five for being illegal residents and two on drug-related charges.

Those who comment on just a particular race seems more ignorant than the Chinese themselves..it's without discrimination to use the word foreigner as it suggests that those people were from outside china..be careful the way you think and talk and comment about a certain race is it might sooner or later come back to bite you in the ass.. White are as bad as black..read the news about the white male guys who rape or try having sex with under age girls or even their students here in china.. Be intelligent not ignorant..
