The 22nd Dalian International Fashion Festival is set to begin on September 3rd at the Dalian Xinghai Plaza. This year’s festival consists of 5 sections: the Opening Party, the International Garment Textile Fair, the Fashion Festival, the Carnival and the Closing Awards Ceremony. In addition, the 2011 China (Dalian) International Garment Textile Fair will be held at the same time.
