The 2012 Yunnan Dust Plan Rock Festival will be held at Kunming's Laowo Livehouse (老窝Livehouse) from October 1-3. Dust Plan is a little bit different from other festivals in that all performers are local talent from Yunnan province. They may not be famous yet,but get them all in the same place and they'll rock the house down.
