The 2012 World Snooker Tour is planned to begin June 25 at the Wuxi Sports Park Gymnasium. This tournament will be the first stop of the 2012-2013 Winter Season Ranking Event. The tournament team is comprised of 16 qualified athletes and 8 wild card athletes. The total prize money for participating players is £40,000, while the champion will receive £75,000 and 7,000 points.
(Snooker tour ticket packages: 120 RMB for a third rank ticket; 1,260 RMB for a second rank ticket (13 Events); 3,248 RMB for a VIP Ticket (13 Events); and 800 RMB for a second rank ticket (second half of the tour, 5 events).)
